- Home: search for therapists, check in for daily points, and see your upcoming sessions.
- Tera Space: the community questions and answers.
- Call (the round button in the middle): start a match call or talk to Tera AI.
- Self Care: all the self-care tools.
- Chat: your chats with therapists and with Tera AI.
The side menu
Tap the menu icon at the top of the Home screen. Here you find Favourites, Membership, Rewards, Care Credit, Earnings, Affiliate, Settings, Help Center and About.

- The calendar icon opens Activities: your upcoming, pending and past sessions.
- The bell icon opens your notifications and announcements.
