What happens when a client calls me?

Your phone rings like a normal call.

1. Tap Accept.
2. Read the client's concern and any attachment. You have up to 2 minutes. The screen shows how long the caller has been waiting. The client is not charged during this time.
3. Tap Start call, or Decline if you cannot help. Billing starts when you are connected.

Keep notifications on, so you do not miss calls. If you cannot take calls, turn the service off in My Availability. Missed calls can pause your calls. See Why were my calls paused?.
