How are therapists checked?

Every therapist applies through the app, and our team reviews each application before the therapist can take calls. They give us:

• Their identity card and a selfie holding it.
• Their professional registration numbers. Counsellors give their KB and PA numbers. Clinical psychologists give their MAHPC number and certificates. Psychiatrists give their NSR and APC numbers.
• Their education, work experience and the topics they work with.

Only approved therapists appear in search and can receive calls. Some profiles show their registration numbers.
