Why can I not tap Instant Call?

The Instant Call button is greyed out when:

• It is outside the therapist's instant call hours. Check Rates & Availability on their profile.
• The therapist has switched instant calls off for now.
• Your account does not have a Malaysian phone number. Calls are available in Malaysia only for now.

To find someone you can call now, look at the Instant Call card on Home and tap View therapists. Or start a Match Call.

If the button works but the call does not start, check that you have enough Care Credit.
