What is a match call?

A match call connects you with an available therapist for your topic, so you do not have to choose one yourself. Every match call has the same price per minute, shown in Care Credits before you start.

1. Tap the Call button in the middle of the tab bar.
2. Under Talk to an Expert, tap Start Now!.
3. Choose a category.
4. Write your question. You can choose the language the therapist speaks under Expert speaks, and attach a file.
5. Check the price and your Care Credit, then tap Match Call.
6. We ring a therapist who works with your topic. If they do not answer within 30 seconds, we try another one, up to 5 therapists.

You pay only for the time you are connected.
