Can I get a refund?

Care Credit cannot be refunded or cashed out to your card or bank. You can only use it in the app.

Session money comes back to your Care Credit when:

• The therapist does not confirm your booking in time.
• The therapist cancels, or does not join, a confirmed appointment.
• You cancel an appointment early enough for the therapist's policy. See What are the appointment policies?.

You see these as "Session Refund" in your transactions.

App Store and Google Play payments: if something went wrong with a store payment, you can ask Apple or Google for a refund. Their own rules apply.
