What assessments can I take?

Go to Self Care and tap Assessment. Tap Start Test on the one you want.

• Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS-21): 21 questions about the past week.
• Adult ADHD Symptom Checklist: 6 questions about the past 6 months, for ages 18 and up.
• Child and Teen ADHD Symptom Checklist: 18 questions, for ages 4 to 17.

At the end you see your result for each area, such as normal, mild or severe. Your past results are in Assessment History.
