How do points work?

You earn reward points when you look after yourself in the app. You can spend them on rewards and in the Tera Bean garden.

Open the side menu and tap Rewards. There you find:

• My Points: your balance, ways to earn, your reward goal and rewards to redeem.
• My Rewards: rewards you have redeemed.
• Tera Bean: your garden.

To see every point you earned or spent, open My Points and tap the clock icon at the top.

Points are not money. They are separate from Care Credit, and you cannot withdraw them or use them to pay for sessions. You can turn them into Care Credit only if a Care Credit reward is offered.
