How do I redeem a reward?

1. Open the side menu, tap Rewards, then My Points.
2. Open the Redeem tab and look through Browse Rewards.
3. Tap Redeem on a reward you have enough points for. If you do not have enough yet, tap Set as Goal to track your progress. Setting a goal does not spend points.
4. For a reward we post to you, fill in your delivery address.
5. Check the details and tap Confirm.

Rewards can be Care Credit (added to your balance at once), a voucher, a physical gift, or a mystery gift.

Rewards depend on stock. If an item runs out, we may replace it with another item of the same value. If the app says "Confirming your redemption", please wait and do not redeem again. Points are only spent when the redemption works.
