Appointments and Payments
Askers must top-up their account balance to schedule and pay for appointments with Experts.
Experts set their own rates and availability for appointments.
CallAsk facilitates but is not responsible for the Expert services provided during appointments.
User Content
Users retain ownership of any content they submit through CallAsk.
Users grant CallAsk a limited license to use their content as necessary to provide the services.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content they submit.
Termination
CallAsk may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or other abuse.
Upon termination, users will lose access to their account and any outstanding balance.
